    The Sylvan Adams YM-YWHA is Montreal’s Jewish community centre, bringing people of all ages and backgrounds together through fitness, sports, arts, culture, and Jewish life. Rooted in values of inclusion, wellness, and connection, it serves as a hub for building community, celebrating tradition, and inspiring personal growth.

    For over 160 years, Agence Ometz has been dedicated to empowering individuals and families in Montréal through accessible, confidential, and culturally sensitive services. Guided by Jewish values, they provide personalized support in employment, immigration, school, and social services, fostering self-sufficiency and community well-being.

  • L'Annexe Ometz Centre For Young Adults

    A welcoming community space in Montréal for people ages 16–35. Through workshops, social events, and one-on-one support, they help young adults build skills, connections, and confidence. L’Annexe also provides a safe, inclusive environment where participants can explore their interests, access resources, and engage with peers and mentors.

She helps individuals create balance in mind, body, and life through personalized programs tailored to each person’s needs. Ashley also serves the neurodiverse community through adapted sound therapy, ensuring holistic healing is inclusive and accessible.

    The Lagos Autism Community Lions Club, the first twin club of the Montreal Autism Community Lions Club, is a specialized chapter of Lions Clubs International dedicated to advocating for and supporting the neurodiverse community in Lagos, Nigeria. Through inclusive activities, community advocacy, and resource sharing, they foster celebration, inclusion, and connection for neurodiverse individuals and their families.

    Monica Merleau brings over 30 years of expertise in wellness, mindfulness, and yoga, offering personalized guidance that blends yoga, breathwork, and meditation to support holistic well-being. She also leads adaptive yoga classes for the neurodiverse community, bringing her programs to Summit School, United Explorers (UE), and many more.
